Purchasing
- Stock Availability: Items in stock are shown as the applicable sizes available for purchase. If an item, size, or color is not in stock, it is not available for purchase.
- Order Processing: During the checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping methods and their applicable costs.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Tracking: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 2-8 business days, depending on the carrier and your shipping method chosen.
Returns
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, please click here.
- Return Label: You will receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have three options:
- Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Store credit, which expires every 60 days.
- Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a refund, store credit, or exchange. If you choose to exchange items:
- Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
- Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved and the item has been received, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Special Offers Policy
- Special Offer Restrictions: For special offers such as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free," items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items sent).
- No Exchanges or Refunds: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.
Fraud Policy

Store Credit Policy
- Validity: Store credit is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
- Expiration: After 60 days, the store credit will expire and cannot be renewed or reissued.
- Usage: Store credit can be used for any purchase on our website within the validity period.
