Our return policy and process
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Only US customers will be able to purchase a return shipping label but the returns portal is open to all customers.
Returns
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return, click here.
- Return Label: You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have three options:
- Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Store credit, which expires every 60 days.
- Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a refund, store credit, or exchange. If you choose to exchange items:
- Lower Priced Item: If the new item is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
- Higher-Priced Item: If the new item is of higher value, we will send you an invoice to cover the price difference.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, and item is received, it takes 7-10 business days for the amount to be credited back to the original payment method, depending on the bank.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Special Offers Policy
- Special Offer Restrictions: For special offers such as "Buy 1, Get 1 Free," items purchased as part of the offer are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective items sent).
- No Exchanges or Refunds: Items obtained through special promotions cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.
